Personal Attention

Good day everyone!!! I believe that personal attention is something that young players don't get when playing on a team, and good fundamentals  are over looked and in many cases never learned. It could be the difference in sitting on the bench or being in the game at crunch time. Any good coach can tell if a player has had training in 5 minuets or less, and will choose that player first.
